You can’t pour from an empty cup. If you keep giving when you’re drained, you’re only scattering pieces of yourself. Fill your cup first… give from your overflow.

Not everyone wants to heal. Some cling to their pain like a shield, and you cannot drag them into the light before they’re ready. Rescuing someone who refuses to rise only blocks the very lessons their soul came here to face.

Boundaries will upset people. They’ll call you selfish, cold, or unkind. But boundaries are love in action… they’re how we honor ourselves and teach others how to meet us in truth.
