I am so sick of these gravy boat, sick thugs doing whatever they want to whomever they choose. It's this behavior that will spark vigilante justice... at some point. Especially when the law enforcement community looks the other way.

make them responsible for the actions and decisions she made for him. a mental test?/ after 14 times? you NEED a mental test????????????????that was a way to make it look good that is alllllllll it meant. she ultimately is responsible for that girls death based on letting him out in the world. he has no soul. saw it in his eyes. she was blonde. blue eyed. white girl. i need to kill her.. no mercy. no thought. no soul. and then slowly walked away slower than walking out of a grocery store with a full care of needs...
