My IBD is really getting to me. Pain. Diarrhea. Can’t eat anything with fiber. I have really tried to not be put to sleep & have the upper & lower GI during this whole Covid mess, but I am really feeling pretty awful.

If anyone has some words of encouragement or advice, I’m all ears.

Several years ago I had your symptoms and lost 35 lbs. from MCAS. Like you during c-19 I refused to see a doc & go to hospital. I could not eat much until I began taking Healthy Gut products: Holozyme, HCL Guard & Tributyrin-x Biome Builder. It keeps me from IBS-d & I am also careful what I eat. Organic whole foods so I do all my own cooking & baking. Hope you find relief.

Thanks you so much! I’ve been maintaining my weight relating to IBD up till just lately. Down 4 lbs in 2 weeks.

Oh my goodness. You are more than welcome. I do understand the pain & discomfort all too well and hope & pray your health will be restored. I have gained back 15 lbs. but would be happy with 10 more as I am underweight. The products I shared have really helped me but it does take time & effort to heal. In the meanwhile the relief is notable!
