My IBD is really getting to me. Pain. Diarrhea. Can’t eat anything with fiber. I have really tried to not be put to sleep & have the upper & lower GI during this whole Covid mess, but I am really feeling pretty awful.
If anyone has some words of encouragement or advice, I’m all ears.

My sister has Crones Disease. I think she cured herself by drinking expensive vodka. Seriously, the doc who did her colonoscopy said, I guess you burnt it out. I have problems that have been helped by not eating gluten and just recently dairy. It’s really made a difference.
