Holy Discontentment

2 Kings 6:1 Now the sons of the prophets said to Elisha, “See, the place where we dwell under your charge is too small for us.”
Are you feeling a holy discontentment? Many of us sense this stirring within, realizing that God has so much more for us than we’re currently experiencing. While we can be grateful for our salvation and the gifts of the Holy Spirit, we must also confront the reality that we might be living in a space too small for the plans God has for us.
This holy discontent urges us to seek a deeper relationship with God. It’s a call to step into a life enriched by His presence and to fulfill our divine purpose.
As you reflect today, consider what areas in your life feel limited. Seek God’s guidance to uncover the greater things He has in store, things that will bring deeper glory to His name through you.
Talk to God about it today. He wants to answer you.
