I've literally been down with my back for the past two days. Like I need anymore pain. Stopped taking the blood thinner because I had to take some ibuprofen. Can't take both. Sad I have to be in charge of my own health care because I can't depend on the doctors to help me. Back is better, still hurts, but I can walk without screaming. Head and neck pain is still there. Got up with dry heaves again this morning. I'm so tired of this. Three months since the cardioversion and no help. Something happened that day. I have damage in my neck and head from it. Two more days till my appointment with the pain dr and we are going to have a BIG discussion about this. I was referred to him for this and he doesn't seem to want to help me with it. My lower back is his priority. He is getting a earful from me. I cannot take this any longer. I need relief and sleep. Please pray that he hears me and I get results this time.

prayers for healing mayra. so sorry. research for yourself about what is going on. i believe it may have to do with your cardioversion due to low magnesium levels due to drugs you were taking. if you have lab work done make sure your magnesium levels are checked. there are many other causes but it is a start. yu will need to take control of this yourself. i am sorry you are going thru this. possibly a naturopath. a side option is to ask God for help in your research to find a way to stop this.. ascension symptoms are similar also. the throat and sacral chakras..ibuprofen is not a safe option either. be aware..

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this, it sounds incredibly hard to push through that level of pain and not feel heard by your doctors. You’re strong for advocating for yourself. When you go to your appointment, maybe write down all your symptoms so you don’t forget anything in the moment, and make sure the doctor understands how badly this is affecting your daily life. Also, when things calm down a little, gentle movement like tai chi can sometimes help ease stiffness and pain. I’ll be praying that this doctor really listens to you and gives you the help you need this time.
