We buy our meat from a rancher, IT'S SO GOOD.. Farmers market for what we can get, dairy farm for milk and butter.. We are in our 60's and feel so much better.. We can't eat out because it REALLY taste's like crap..

THAT'S HOW TO DO IT -
buy direct from a Rancher or Farmer you know.
Go for Grass Fed, Unvaxxed, No Antibiotics or Hormones.
I have only 2 restaurants I go to very occasionally, like once every other month. That's it.
Fast Food is POISON,
as are most manufactured foods.
IF IT HAS CHEMICALS IN IT, IT AIN'T FOOD.
I will not eat burgers out. EVER.
If I don't grind it myself, I won't eat it.
Most restaurants are Sysco supplied.
Who owns that?
From what I gather largest shareholders are Vanguard, BlackRock, StateStreet.
