I think the day after the miltary show, the fense going up around the WH and Treasury, the us flages being placed were a symbolic ove taking back the area.

For those who may be missing the depth of upcoming events — the US President and Commander-in-Chief is preparing to announce that the United States military has conquered Washington DC, without firing a shot, and the formerly foreign-vassal territory is now being dissolved and absorbed into the jurisdiction of the United States of America.
