Controllers will arrest the small fries making it appear that they're doing their jobs, while keeping themselves and their kind Protected - above human law (God's Law is dismissed)
Those same corrupt criminal are the ones dictating what goes into the AI's and the Ruling AI.

"trumpets also on every side of all the camp, and say, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.."

Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee."
