Agreed it would be very simple to tie it into the current Amber alert system instead of it being a missing child it would be announcement of the perpetrator of these missing children announcement.
It's funny how they always send you these notifications on a missing child but when they're found they don't notify you let you know that they've been found 🤔

An executive of an Amber Alert company associated with the Clintons was arrested for Child Trafficking out of Haiti. Laura Silsby-Gayler arrested 2010.

If Amber Alerts were really alerting about missing children, it would be going off every 5 seconds in America, since over 800K children per year go missing now. Worldwide it's over 12 million children, and millions more adults who go missing.
