Judges will not support this probably for rape or incest, but most abortions are because the mother has no financial support and the father won't get married or take responsibility. So if a dad wants the baby, then absolutely, It is wrong to kill a baby (to me, no matter what, it is wrong to kill babies regardless of the excuse). Abortion is not the same as birth control. Take the morning after pill or use a condom. Be responsible.
