When it comes to these Child Rapists (or any Rapists, frankly) and Human Traffickers, for example...they must be shown the guaranteed consequences of DEATH, so if they even THINK do the crime THEY WILL FORFEIT THEIR LIVES. THEY LOSE EVERYTHING.

That's the only way this scourge will stop.

(I only reluctantly advocate life in prison no parole in cases of incest ONLY, so the victim already traumatized doesn't get traumatized again or carry guilt of a family member executed.)

I actually firmly believe that we need a law that if CAUGHT IN THE ACT OF RAPING A CHILD, that the perp should be subject to Summary Execution on the spot by Law Enforcement, Military or Anyone, because they were caught in the act and there is no doubt about guilt. THAT WAY CHILD RAPISTS WOULD REALLY BE IN FEAR OF GETTING CAUGHT - AN EVEN STRONGER DETERRENT - no day in court, not even another breath.

Immediately execute them. No jail so that the Big Bubbas would do to them some of the evils they have been doing. Two wrongs don’t make a right. We cannot afford for them to remain breathing If in jail there is a chance they could get released because the system is broken.

If someone is put to Tribunal you and I won't hear about it until the MILITARY deems it appropriate to release such information. Very efficient.

Yes the "legal" system is broken in America, because it is not our system. It isn't even American. Admiralty Courts were imposed over us by the British Crown & the BAR Temple of England. Time is coming when they will not exist in America - we will revert back to Common Law after Military Martial Law.

Again, Military Law is the Supreme Law of Our Land. Dates back to 1775.

By my estimates millions of heinous criminals have been executed worldwide already under Military Tribunals, with millions of perps arrested in America alone (many trackable via the Federal System), and millions more are gonna be arrested I guarantee it - to face the UCMJ.
