I made kielbasa with squash, onions, red and yellow peppers and asparagus stir fry, it was good….. we all liked it…. Even Granny 🤣🤣 There was none leftover!!! So I’m assuming it was a hit! Lol…. I usually make this with various veggies as a casserole but it’s too dang hot to use the oven… it’s 1900 hours and it’s 102 degrees outside!!
