After cooking it, he shows the steak doesn’t hold its shape. The steak completely comes apart into a slime like meat glue. He can mush the slime around in his fingers

i hope you screamed and hollared so everyone heard you.. right down to the meat guy show anyone who would listen.. all it will take..course you might not be able to go back.. what was the meat called specifically for 47 bucks and why would anyone pay that much. if my meat is anything over 7 i dont by it. but i dont by steak anyway. even the smallest piece is 15 bucks..
