Wanna know why the Guadalupe River rose 30 feet above flood stage in less than an hour? Hundreds of people (many of them children) were swept away and died. Look at the activities of the cloud seeding contractors for weeks ahead of the 4th of July weekend flood. That is a great start for discovering why that rogue flood occurred.
