Let's be clear.
SCOTUS did not give Trump the right to fire anyone.
The case that was brought before them was a Stay filed by a lower court on Trumps EO that allowed for the PLANNING of firing government employees not the actual firing.
By overruling the lower court in an 8-1 decision they just cleared the way for Trump to Plan how to fire these employees and another Stay is bound to be filed as soon as his plan is put into effect.
Don't expect any State Department heads to roll this Friday or any time soon.
