Ty sister. She hates pain killers but they gave her some at that place and said she is off of it and recovering from digestive issues as a result of it.

May I suggest she drink some kefir. It is known for improving the digestive system with loads of probiotics. It tastes like a yogurt drink. It can be added to smoothies if someone finds it hard to drink straight.
