An easy method would be to imagine a merkaba around you, with the center in your heart:
- inspiration (feeling love in your heart), fill it with brilliant white light;
- expiration, rotate it: the top one clockwise, the bottom one counterclockwise (this creates an electromagnetic field around you which clears intrusions and blockages in the aura and chakras).
The main use is for interdimensional travel and to contact your Higher Self but... you can let yourself be guided by intuition and create your own style of meditation: like filling it with soft colors and setting the intention to generate healing or a positive emotion, etc.
For the most advanced method, look for Drunvalo Melkizedek's meditations.
