I was a homeless vet living in a hotel till my fellow Marine a Vietnam vet then VA psych Dr till Covid. The first Dr I opened up to. He got my disabilities above 70 and 40 percent. So I'm paid 100 percent under the 70/40 unemployable program. The VA doesn't talk about that program. A lot of veterans could benefit and not be homeless with this rating program. The whole pay scale and rating system is obsolete.
