Pardon or not, how the hell can someone like that be allowed to govern anything in the USA?

Their political beliefs are contrary to the Constitution. How can they be trusted to uphold it? How has this pig upheld it?

Wasting municipal funds on dyke-versity trips and training, instead of being prepared for fires, a COMMON PERIL in that pig's district!
