Unless they put a bed on every street in the world - the lines for them will be generations long.... Look how long it takes to see a dr. then the time to get treatment.
Emergency rooms would be packed to the ceiling.
Even if it were one per town, or 50 per town...
I just cannot see how everyone will get the use... particularly with the effects of the covid injections, now becoming apparent - and you KNOW those who took the injection will demand to get use, over say an accidental injury or someone 'managing'.their pain... triage alone will take up the machines for most of a persons lifetime.
Nearly 9 billion folk on planet Earth - who gets to decide, who goes first? Lottery? AI? He with the most cash?
This is the biggest block to the tech I see - Nearly every single person wanting and or needing to make use of it and not enough machines or time to get to everyone.

Yes, I had not considered the clones and fakes... I do wonder how much of the worlds population falls into this group.
I am assuming androids programmed with the 3 Laws of Robotics - will take up the shortfall when the non humans are evicted... or our economies will just - stop.
Of course, if replicators are real, that would fix a lot of that, I guess... but, sometimes, it seems humans just are not happy unless they are struggling...
Personally, I'm tired of it, I want to be pain free, and be able to ride my horse until I am at least 100 - if not older.
It would be good to experience this freedom before I pop my cloggs. 😊
