When we raise our frequency through clean, whole-food nutrition, consistent inner work (like trauma healing and shadow integration), grounding practices, breathwork, and spiritual alignment, our cellular structure begins to shift. A high-vibrational body functions more efficiently, has stronger detoxification pathways, and is less reactive to low-frequency substances, including toxins, chemicals, and even emotional or energetic debris from others.
