Military are under official secrets act. In most countries... our soldiers who have acted with extreme prejudice....have to be protected... the military will look at the legality of the actions..PRIOR to the actions taking place... if someone goes above and beyond the orders...they are held accountable... unfortunately sometimes the info gets leaked to MSM which then weakens our military action ability... waking up yet? Civilians need to read the updated law of war... since 2012 it is co-written by US and Canadian JAG and AJAG plus many many lawyers and Mil Int... coordinated effort....
