A lot to unwrap here. First of all, when is it legal to take an infant from its breastfeeding mother because an ex wife is complaining? The mother of the infant should NEVER have to face separation from your newborn baby under those circumstances. Serve a warrant against the husband if warranted but that mother and newborn should ALWAYS be OFF LIMITS to interference by law officials. Who paid those deputies? Did the Sheriff send them to this residence with that understanding? How the hell did CPS get involved? While I do not know all the surrounding arguments - one thing is CRYSTAL CLEAR. Nobody has the legal authority to separate a newborn infant who is breastfeeding from its mother who has not been accused of anything. Those "paid for" deputies should be fired for disobeying laws.
