somebody got paid off until it was too self evident.. notice he only mentions building permits not religious aspects. it says in their koran to kill the enemy (christians) this alone would prevent a loaded army to form.. fyi not all levels of muslims are the same but how do you separate that. something for us to keep an eye on for sure.
