Bought a single 1lb steak and figured it was likely the same as store bought meat man was I wrong. I will pay the extra bucks to have a restaurant or better steak. Buttery steak rub and worstershire makes a 2” cut amazing yeah being angus beef helps

Where do you get your meat from? We buy ours now from creekstone farms, snake river farms and we've also bought from meriweather farms. We tend to buy more from creekstone, their briskets and plate ribs are really good.
