Good night frens.
Calling it an early night. Made the mistake today of making a smoothie…I had been feeling so good after starting the zinc L-carnosine for my IBD, but one smoothie & I have the first pain I’ve had for months. Back on the wagon for me, no more high fiber diet. At this point, I might as well be a carnivore, except I don’t like a lot of meat. I sure hope we get real health care soon. I know I’m not alone in that wish.
