I sure wish they would right out and say not to file your income tax this year - many are too afraid not to (don't want the hassle, loss of home, etc.) - Is April 2 Freedom day (from taxes)? Suppose we still have to file state taxes?

👎😐😕CA state Franchise Tax Board will come after people hard if they don't file, unfortunately. Just saying. And there is no info to be found when trying to research the FTB and its status-whether it is going the way of the IRS or not.

I think the extension is same for the state income tax also. There is to be no taxes except for a consumption fee or spending tax collected by the state. Only on certain purchases.

is Trump going to tell us not to file or not? most people will due to the fear aspect. they wont take that chance of arrest etc. of course those who owed 2 million never got arrested and now we know why.. they go after the little guy who works hard to save pennies..
