👎😐😕CA state Franchise Tax Board will come after people hard if they don't file, unfortunately. Just saying. And there is no info to be found when trying to research the FTB and its status-whether it is going the way of the IRS or not.

I think the extension is same for the state income tax also. There is to be no taxes except for a consumption fee or spending tax collected by the state. Only on certain purchases.

IRS last contacted me over 4 months ago with a response to my letter that I no longer volunteer to pay taxes by saying they needed another 90 days to review my account, but I have heard nothing.
Jail at this point 67 years old, sounds good. Away from all computers and cell phones, 3 hots and a cot, exercise room, free healthcare( which is no worse now than hospital care), etc.

Well, I did not want to file but my husband did not agree. ,,, the taxes are over at the accountant and i darn well know that according to to the unlawful tax laws we did not pay enough. Now the question will be, will I pay? I paid more than enough and after seeing how much of my hard earned money they laundered, I may take my chances and not write that check....
