It was a criminal act. The young thug walked right up to the victim as he was dribbling the ball and struck him in his privates with a clinched fist. If I was the victim's parents, I would pursue criminal charges against the thug that struck my son and go ahead and get his criminal career documented and started.

How else is the league and society going to get this kind of behavior stopped? If this kind of behavior is not dealt with and stopped early in violent acting young thug’s life by showing him, with early consequences, society won’t allow this kind of behavior, otherwise his violent actions down the road of life as an adult his actions will find him in prison or worse.
