While everybody was distracted by the Houthi strike, President Trump approved Egypt's plan for Gaza reconstruction. The plan stipulates that no Gazans will be forcibly expelled-- even temporarily-- and that Gaza will be governed by a Palestinian committee backed by Arab nations.
