We changed to digital voice on 10th March, was sent a new modem. BT promised a battery pack to connect remotely if the power should fail, as digital phone would not be usable and it is essential everyone has access in case of an emergency.
No battery pack arrived, I called BT yesterday, it was on their notes that we don't have a mobile phone as we have never needed one and have poor reception anyway. They had to provide us with a backup pack free, it costs £85! I think that hurt them!
I was put through to sales, they renewed out plan for 2 years and were sending out a digital phone for free! I asked if this was the #QPhone YES!
Both arrived today, our new plan is set to start on 28th March with only a small increase of £1 in costs, less than the standard yearly increase & won't increase until April 1 next year. #loyalty
