This is an example. We do not need a listening tour. When it takes 180+ days to fill a position it is because they are looking for someone to continue an agenda or they are social engineering. Note they want people to move here from other places; why? There are qualified workers here but because they may have different ideas than the agenda they push, they cannot get hired. Using more online resources as mentioned only promotes the idea of having your social media checked and conducting "business intelligence" to determine whether a candidate promotes the agenda. If they do not, they will make sure others know and you will be blacklistd or whatever they do.

The more I think about this the more it should be pointed out that NC has very good schools and in-state tuition makes them affordable for more North Carolina residents. When you go to some of these schools, especially in the state system, you are sold the idea that they want you to stay and work in NC and that is a good idea, especially if you are returning to a rural community where there are less resources. This begs the question as to why then would so much social engineering go on and why is preference not given to NC residents if they are qualified and not a criminal since they bought the line that a commitment is being made to them and one was expected in return?

So this is NOT a movie as described many times?

I have not described it as a movie. My direct experience has been these activities have still been going on the entire time and that is why I never fell in with the movie idea and have said for me Q is a tool to help investigate and learn discernment. Others seem to have a different experience based on what I see posted.
