Overwhelm is now a significant variable in the earth game; it's not going away and the more imbalance we hold within will only get magnified as we accelerate our unraveling.
Overwhelm comes from inner imbalance.
Inner imbalance is where we are fragmented. Parts of us stuck in the past. Parts of us in agreement to fear and separation. All of these are illusions, blocking us from our truth.
Our truth is that we are love. We are pure. We are holy. We are infinite.
Connecting to the heart daily to come into coherence will make this truth more clear. Practicing coherence is imperative during these times of destabilization.
