Self Talk comes from the MIND, which is located in every cell of our body.
The mind holds all the memories of everything we've been told, taught, read, seen, tasted, touched , experienced, etc.
It also hold everything we carry in our memories from lifetime to lifetime that was not dealt with or cleared.
All this RUNS our perceptions of our own reality.
Sadly, for most, perceptions are Built on the dysfunctional Beliefs of others!
