Houston used to not always be that way but after KATRINA hit and most of the people who got displaced from the south basically got forced out with out a choice. I know i was there in the coast guard for 2 months dealing with the rescues of people off their homes and businesses.

My goal was to do 20+ but just shy of my 6 years and just after signing for another 6 years i was Medically discharged after injuring my back on the surf boats off the coast of Oregon.
