That was distressing!

We've had trouble with the police, not as bad as that but they're protecting our neighbours. They're attempting to keep rights of way & an area of land over our property they have no right to due to the original owners' misrepresentation. I discovered it all through applications to the Land Registry of historic documents.
There's two neighbours working in cahoots as it benefits them both. They knew they were stuffed so resorted to violence. They smashed our gates in which we locked due to a threat of removing our car, which was on our property. The one with an old Land Rover made sure his towbar was in line with the gate bars, then reversed into it. The gate bars were pulled from the upright smashing into my leg. The other neighbour took video on their mobiles, laughing, made false allegations of my partner threatening them (they were on the main highway). He was arrested, not read his rights, held for 20 hours, they dropped it, including "THAT" 🔽
