Elizabeth Fortescue is a 13 year old white female, strawberry blonde hair, blue eyes, 4’01” tall, and weighs approximately 100 lbs. Elizabeth was last seen in the 9000 block of 131st. Loop in Live Oak, FL early this morning (12/25/2025).
