Sometimes in the mornings my PTSD is so bad I have to lie down. A video with peril in it is more than my nervous system can manage. Tugs on my attention via innocent interruptions leave me reeling. An official letter arriving can floor me with cortisol and adrenaline. Information warfare and psychological abuse leaves invisible wounds.

When it is all over, it will be so worth it for all of us and then, we can go heal on Anon Island. Hugs to you Martin and all Anons. Thank God we have each other.
