Why is Britain sending Billions worth of Gold to America?

I hope it is because we are ending the plantation system. When you see the same names over and over in the criminal justice system but also realize those same names are associated with some very nice places and property then it starts to look like something is not right. And when a small handful of names appears over and over in the state and local governments across the country it really starts to seem weird.
