The Constitution never promised judges lifetime appointments.
It promised them something far more dangerous:
Their seats would last only as long as their good behavior.
When DOGE exposed that 60% of NIH grant money vanishes into “overhead”—a rate that would bankrupt any private enterprise—they moved to fix it. To bring it down to 15%. To stop the hemorrhaging of taxpayer dollars.
The judge’s response? Mandate the waste continue.
Consider the implications. Not interpreting law. Not protecting rights. Not settling disputes. Just raw protection of systematic fraud.
In Rhode Island, Judge McConnell revealed something more sinister.
After channeling $700,000 into Democratic campaigns—including direct contributions to senators who confirmed his appointment—he didn’t just rule against reform.
He commanded the President of the United States to continue routing money through compromised channels.

These Judges are Members of the BAR,
"British Accreditation Registry"
and therefore are Foreign Agents.
They are "bankers" operating under a foreign system of Admiralty Law of the Crown that has no authority or place in our Restored Republic - and their "courts" are "banks" so their rulings are meaningless other than being self incriminating.
They have no authority against our Wartime President. ZERO
"unprivileged combatants"
We are under Martial Law in a Military Jurisdiction 24-7 and the UCMJ is Superior to Federal Law.
(UCMJ in force and effect since 1775 since before we had a nation.)
We are AT WAR (AUMF 2001)
And on top of them being ultimately subject to US COURTS-MARTIAL, we have an Amendment that will deal with all Foreign-Agents, the Original 13th Amendment, Ratified March 12, 1819.
