yepper, my sister lived in Chantilly for many many years, divorced from AF pilot, taught in the establishment schools. She retired two years ago, moved a year ago to midwest to be near her son and his family. I strongly suggested she sell it a little over a year ago as things were not going to remain status quo and she argued the market never falls there and it is a strong investment, so she rented it. Methinks this is only the beginning and we will see the property market crash there very rapidly now.
