Funnily enough, the business manager at my husband's school just resigned too... after the Superintendant (lefty creep) told the Board he could move funds about to make the giant 'multi purpose' building they still owe money on, 'look better'...
The tactics of corruption are endemic, from high to low... its going to take YEARS to fix, the crap that has taken generations to create.
They had to create personalities, who think this aay of dealing is 'ok', nay DESIREABLE... persons who think the ends justify the means...
Then stick these psychopathic into positions of power, by convincing those around them they are the best choice!
