Here’s why I stopped giving my family “Vitamin C”
Vitamin C is vital for so many functions in the body…
🍊Vitamin C is a powerhouse to build immunity, support adrenals and protect our cells from free radicals……
The “Vitamin C” we’ve learned to love is not actually vitamin C. It is a synthetic form called ascorbic acid!!!!
Ascorbic Acid is:
❌ Made in a lab
❌ Derived from Genetically Modified Corn 🔬🧪🫠
❌ Missing its cofactors and not recognized by the body
And yes….. even expensive bottles of “Vitamin C” 🥵
Ascorbic acid is an isolated PART (the outer layer) of vitamin C. It in fact is not the whole vitamin. It is missing very important synergistic cofactors that allow our bodies to properly utilize and reap the benefits of this powerhouse.
When we frequently take ascorbic acid we not only MISS THE MARK when it comes to Vitamin C….. we run the risk of creating other deficiencies and off balancing our microbiome and flavonoids. 😩

True, and it is an added ingredient in many foods. I even found it in a bottle of organic lemon juice! ( which BTW was 30% water) Now I just buy organic lemons, squeeze some and refrigerate pure lemon juice in a small glass bottle.😇

Same here I am having increasing difficulty now finding any 'store cupboard type foods' like tin organic tomato/veg etc that does not have, 'Permitted' Non organic ingredients...😒
