😀Gotta be honest been abusing wheat starter sour dough starter cause I am a rebel by birth. JUST to see what it would do, as I found it hard to believe you had to coddle it as directed. AND back to the theory neglect would make it stronger SO been doing like a few days of not feeding it, by the time ya do only need like a twenty percent ratio maybe thirty, and not as much water. KICKIN ASS> it is stout. Ain't no way in travels folks were like wait gotta stop and feed the starter twice a day.....
