I take no medicine. I drink no soda. I eat no meat. I wear no make up. I eat no dairy. I drink no alcohol. I get the sun daily. I do eat organic cage free eggs. I wasn’t but have been for about 6 weeks now eating eggs again. I wear no nail polish. I take cannibas gummies and use cbd oil on my face and belly button. I’m the smallest I have ever been and DETOXING from all this crap and quitting all my medicine has me HEALTHIER than ever! Let go of who or what hurts you as it truly affects your health!
