For some reason this comes to mind: Project Looking Glass.
They say Tesla invented it, but that tech may've been around previously and he either acquired the paper work or the machine ... or reversed engineered was used. We can only know what the AI allows on the internet or books?

There was a vid some time ago of a 'military Op guy' talking that changing things and the loop of time is ending and no one could stop whatever was coming from happening.
