Hearing these sounds, one might understand why thousands of bells were destroyed after World War II – both because of their healing frequencies and because they were effective in warding off demons and other entities that had grown stronger from the suffering of war.

It's three o'clock. How beautiful !

I remember those bells from growing up - every hour on the hour - you could tell the time by the number of 'E' tones at the end - Three O'clock in this case. Bring back the bells.
