I USE THEM TOO, CANT LOOK INTO THOSE LEDS, BUT THERES A PROBLEM WITH MANY NEW/NEWER LAMPS. THEY HAVE BUILB SOCKETS MADE OF CHEAP PLASTICS THAT MELTS INSANELY QUICK IF YOU GO ABOVE 10 OR 15 WATTS. IT SAYS ON THEM 'MAX 15 WATTS'. ATLEAST THATS HOW IT IS HERE. ALL IKEA HABENGUT WOULD BE LIKE THAT. MAYBE THEY HAVE USED THIS PLASTIC TO HINDER PEOPLE PUTTING IN ANALOG BULBS. WHO KNOWS.

Worse case scenario. Use chicken brooder lights. They have ceramic sockets and can tolerate up to 250 watts. Not pretty but let the government be damned!
