The black flag is a POW flag indicating #foreign occupation. The black flag has been in place since BIden's funeral on his 'inauguration' day or thereabout.
A structure was built opposite the #WhiteHouse around the time of the fake #Biden inauguration.
A similar structure has been put up in the last few weeks, at least 2 months.
It looks like hanging gallows, but if you view editor's pick you will see there was fireworks on the other side of the WH.
The grounds in front of the WH were fenced off and dug up.
