Where do they get all these chemicals? I would focus on the military building in Pohořelec, Prague. On the top floor are the biological and chemical laboratories (there is a camera guarded long parking lot in front of the building and on the bottom floor of this building, there's a kitchen). I was told that the building is one floor higher than can be seen from the outside, so I assume that the other laboratories are underground and "well" secret.
The more evil they are, the more stupid they are. I know this directly from one of them.
